Our Policy

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars.

Our lowest prices policy means that if you find a competitor’s lower price (including GST) on a pool safety compliance inspection in QLD, NSW or VIC, we’ll beat it by 10%. This does not include the cost for certificates. This must be discussed with us before booking your inspection by contacting us at hello@poolsafetysolutions.com.au with current dated proof to process the 10% Price Beat Guarantee before placing your booking.

Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Australian Commonwealth law. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
